The Experience is the national student ministry of DRJ Ministries Inc., created to empower youth through creative arts, leadership, discipleship, and purpose.
More than just a performance team, The Experience uses praise dance, mime, drama, and flags to help young people grow spiritually, emotionally, and creatively while building confidence, discipline, accountability, and responsibility.

Led nationally by Min. Jonah Quarles, National Director of The Experience Ministry, this movement is focused on reaching the next generation through impactful ministry and life-changing encounters.
This powerful live production, Forever Home, written by Min. Jonah Quarles, speaks directly to the realities young people face today while presenting hope, healing, faith, and purpose through storytelling and worship arts.

The Experience exists to give students a safe place to belong, grow, express themselves, and encounter God in a real way. Our mission is to strengthen families with a concentration on youth while helping churches and organizations build thriving student ministries and creative arts programs that leave a lasting impact on the next generation.

About Us
Strengthening Families With A Concentration on The Youth
At the heart of DRJ Ministries Inc. is a bold and compassionate mission: to reach the overlooked, strengthen families, and ignite purpose through outreach, discipleship, and creative expression—with a special concentration on the youth. Founded by Pastor Derwin R. Jackson Sr. and Minister Jackson, this ministry exists to build people—not just in the pews, but in the schools, streets, and communities.
One of our core components is The Experience Creative Arts Ministry—our national student ministry that uses mime, dance, flag, drama, and spoken word to reach, disciple, and develop youth. From our Minis (ages 4–7) to our teen leadership teams, The Experience is where young people find family, freedom, and faith in motion. Through consistent mentorship, powerful performances, and biblical training, we are raising a generation that’s not just talented—but spiritually equipped to lead.
Whether it’s a summer tour, community outreach, or Tuesday night Bible study at Zacchaeus House, DRJ Ministries is on a mission to strengthen families by pouring into their greatest asset—the youth. Every program, every moment, every movement is designed to show youth and families that they belong, they matter, and they are called for more.
